LPHS Attorneys Win Multi-Million Dollar Jury Verdict in Trade Secret Trial

Michael K. Hurst, Andres Correa, and John Adams secured a unanimous jury verdict of $1.9 million in compensatory damages, $580,000 in compensatory damages and $680,000 in punitive damages against Jostens Inc. and individual company sales representatives. The LPHS team represented Herff Jones, a leading provider of class rings, yearbooks and graduation gowns in the trial against Jostens. The trial presented evidence that two Jostens sales representatives unlawfully shared trade secrets about pricing, commission structures, and strategies and attempted to steer accounts away from Herff Jones.
